Summer Art Camp at the ZMA

Make friends, art, and memories this June at a ZMA Summer Art Camp! Camps encourage participants to experiment with new materials and create a wide range of projects inspired by exciting themes and artwork on view at the museum!

2026 Summer Art Camps

Summer Art Camp Registration begins March 2, 2026 for Fellow level and above museum members and open registration begins March 16, 2026.

Find the right summer art camp for you or your child below. The list of camps is organized by suggested age group. Click on the name of the camp for more information and to register.

Early Elementary (Ages 6 to 9)

Paint & Create: Art to the Beat!: June 8–12, 9:00am–12:00pm

Wild Woolies: June 22–26, 1:30–4:30pm

Elementary/Middle School (Ages 10 to 14)

Adventures in Clay: June 1–5, 1:30–4:30pm and July 10, 1:30–4:30pm

Lights, Camera, Action!: June 22–26, 9:00am–12:00pm

High School/Adult (Ages 14 and Up)

Fire & Form: The Raku Experience: June 8–12, 1:30–4:30 pm and July 10, 9:00am–12:00pm

Dye Hard: The Art of Color & Fiber: June 15–18, 1:30–4:30pm (The ZMA is closed Friday, June 19 in observance of Juneteenth)

Adult (Ages 18 and above)

Saturday Art Sessions: Saturdays, June 6, 13, 20, 27, and July 11, 1:00–4:00pm

All children’s camps include all materials and a light snack.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your summer art camp registration for a full refund if the cancellation occurs before the registration deadline of the camp. The ZMA cannot offer refunds for missing one or more days of a camp. No refunds will be offered after the first day of each camp.
