This month we are highlighting Ohio artists as we gear up for the 80th Ohio Annual Exhibition, opening June 18! Williams was a prolific watermedia artist who lived in Zanesville, Ohio. She was a member of the National Watercolor Society, Ohio Watercolor Society, and was co-founder and first President of the Southeastern Ohio Watercolor Society.
