Artist: Christiane Curry

Artist: Christiane Curry

This intimate exhibition explores the new work created by Columbus-based water media artist Christiane Curry.

A native of France, Curry’s work is influenced by memories of her native landscape, which she frequently visited, and Ohio, where she currently lives and works.

These luminous and expressive works on paper, which emerged from a recent tragic loss and a debilitating illness demonstrate Curry’s belief in art’s transformative quality.

“I hope that…my New Horizons, can inspire the viewers,” stated Curry, “…to experience the simple beauty, tranquility, joy, and peace of the healing power of art and nature.”

Curry’s masterful small-scale, semi-abstract, and atmospheric landscape paintings, reveal the artist’s unique power to capture nature’s mutability.

All works on exhibition are available for purchase. Please contact visitor services for pricing information.
