Artist Drop Off Friday, May 30, 10am–3pm, Saturday, May 31, 12–4pm, and Sunday, June 1, 12–4pm
Exhibition Dates Thursday, June 26, 2025–Saturday, September 13, 2025
Exhibition Opening Thursday, June 26, 5:30–7:30 pm. Award ceremony at 6pm.
Artist Pick up Saturday, September 13, 5:30–7pm or Sunday, September 14, 12–5pm

Where do I park at the ZMA during pick up?
Enter the ZMA parking lot off Military Rd. nearest the large orange mailbox on the east side of the building.
Park at the farthest end of the parking lot, the south end, near the metal pergola doors.
There will be a sign directing artists to the two metal doors.
A ZMA staff member will be available to welcome you and assist as needed with artwork.
Where do I go to pick up my artwork inside the ZMA?
Enter the metal pergola doors into the Shirley Gorsuch Gallery
Take the freight elevator, located on the right side of the gallery, to the Great Gallery by pressing 2R
The elevator opens into the Great Gallery
A ZMA staff member will be available to welcome and check in each artist
The pick up process should take about 15 minutes
Each artist or the person picking up artwork will need to:
Sign in the Signature Page for each work of art.
Initial the Condition Report for each work of art.
Confirm that the information on file with the ZMA is correct.
FAQs
1. Can someone else pick up my artwork?
Yes, you may have someone else pick up your artwork. They will need to sign the loan agreement, condition report, and outgoing receipt on your behalf.
2. If my work sold during the exhibition at the ZMA, when do I receive payment for it?
For those works of art that sold during the ZMA exhibition, checks will be mailed to artists two weeks after the exhibition closes. The ZMA takes a 30% commission on all sold works.
3. If my work sells at the exhibition at the ZMA, do I still need to pick it up?
If your works sells at the ZMA, you may choose to deliver the work to purchaser, arrange to have the work shipped to the purchaser, or have the purchaser pick the work up at the ZMA. The ZMA will call and email artists whose work sold to make arrangements.
